Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Bemus Point Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year. The Site Director leads daily operations, creates a safe, engaging program that children love, coaches the team, and builds strong relationships with families and school partners to meet licensing and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with children under 13 and supervisory experience.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements and program quality standards.
• Demonstrates positive, friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
