Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs oversees day-to-day operations at a defined set of school-based sites, visiting locations to support teachers and ensure programs run smoothly. The role builds trusted relationships with school staff and requires regular travel between program sites.

The Multi-Site Director leads staffing, enrollment, and licensing compliance while collaborating with principals, and maintaining a hands-on, organized leadership style in a part-time, non-exempt capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling across multiple sites to ensure full coverage and program quality.
• Monitor enrollment across sites and support families with registration and inquiries.
• Ensure state licensing compliance, maintain records, and pass inspections.
• Coach Site Directors and teachers, provide on-site guidance, and document performance issues.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with school principals and staff.
• Manage payroll-related tasks, including timecards and budgeting considerations.
• Support enrollment events and community outreach to sustain enrollment targets.
