A.J. Dwoskin & Associates is seeking a well-organized Leasing Consultant to manage two or more assigned properties. You will coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires strong sales/customer service experience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include lead generation, tours, lease preparation, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must communicate clearly in English and maintain confidential information.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar leasing software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and handle prospective resident leads and follow up daily.
• Tour prospective residents and lease apartment homes.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and applications.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and schedule with maintenance.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and update market surveys.
• Assist with resident relations and retention activities.
