ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, market properties, conduct tours, and negotiate leases, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high occupancy.

You will work closely with the property manager and team, respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and help residents from move-in to renewal, while adhering to fair housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and promote properties.
• Lease negotiations and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain high occupancy and resident relations.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Uphold fair housing and company policies.
• Work weekends as required.
