Job summary
NABRICO Marine Products is seeking a Reliability Engineer to partner with plant leadership to boost asset uptime and reliability across our manufacturing facilities in Tennessee. You will design and implement maintenance strategies, lead RCFA efforts, and drive capital projects to improve performance and cost control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, or asset management.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities preferred.
- Proven track record in capital projects and reliability improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with CMMS and data analysis tools; proficient in MS Office and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Develop reliability improvement strategies across multiple plants.
- Lead RCFA and corrective action initiatives to reduce downtime.
- Establish KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE across facilities.
- Lead and manage multiple reliability and capital projects.
- Prepare budgets and monitor project costs and ROI.
