Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a Senior Reliability and Maintenance Leader to develop strategies that improve preventive and predictive maintenance across multiple sites. You will lead maintenance and operations improvement projects, maximizing equipment reliability and driving cost reductions.

You will produce technical documentation for RCFA, FMEA, FMCA, and CMMS management, and train staff in RCM, reliability technologies, and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; ME preferred.
• Maintenance and Reliability Professional or Reliability Leader Certification preferred.
• Vibration Analyst or Thermography Certification a plus.
• Project Management Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish strategies to improve preventive/predictive maintenance across multiple locations.
• Lead maintenance and operations improvement projects across multiple locations.
• Maximize clients’ equipment reliability focusing on availability, downtime reduction and cost reductions.
• Use reliability processes to implement risk assessments and financial justifications; CMMS management.
• Oversee activities directly related to providing services.
• Train employees on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), reliability technologies, maintenance planning and CMMS systems.
