Optimal Care is seeking a Regional Practice Manager to lead consistent, high-performing operations across Physician Services practices in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. You will oversee administrative, scheduling, and clinical office operations, ensuring workflows comply with policies and regulatory standards while supporting growth.

You'll mentor practice-level leaders, manage staffing and daily workflows, resolve escalated issues, lead meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
