Boxer Property Management Corp. seeks an experienced property operations lead to oversee maintenance, renovations, budgeting, and tenant relations across assigned properties.

You will supervise site staff, ensure safety, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on occupancy and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting discipline, and knowledge of property laws, with preference for a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related property management experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and expense analysis skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal property laws and tenant rights.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple properties' operations, maintenance, and renovations.
• Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze variances.
• Coordinate rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
• Supervise site staff and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain high occupancy and tenant relations.
• Schedule inspections and supervise repairs.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and participate in capital projects.
• Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
