Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience in affordable housing
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education preferred
• Computer proficiency including MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• OneSite and Bluemoon experience preferred
• Industry designations preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting and vendor relations
• Monitor and manage community rental rates to maximize income
• Address resident complaints, concerns and requests
• Maintain appearance and coordinate maintenance
• Implement marketing initiatives per Marketing Department
• Process applications and leases with the Resident Services Team
• Ensure move-in readiness and orientation for new residents
• Control expenses within the annual budget and manage deposits and payments
• Set on-site staff schedules and lead by example
