Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Multi-Site Property Manager role based in the United States. The Multi-Site Property Manager oversees daily operations across multiple apartment communities, including leasing activities, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, ensuring properties meet occupancy and revenue goals, and maintaining compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. The role also involves monitoring budgets, preparing reports, implementing marketing and retention strategies, and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. This position requires regular travel between assigned communities and consistent presence at the properties.

Qualifications

• Property and operations management skills, including experience overseeing multiple residential communities and coordinating day-to-day site activities.
• Leadership and team supervision abilities, with a track record of guiding on-site staff, setting expectations, and supporting performance development.
• Customer service and resident relations skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive community relationships.
• Financial and administrative capabilities, including budgeting, basic accounting, reporting, and familiarity with property management software.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities across multiple locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort interacting with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and standard property management practices; experience in multifamily housing is highly beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at multiple communities, with reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between properties as needed.
