Description

Multi-Site Property Manager

Do you love working with people and have an eye for detail? Join us as a Full-Time Multi-Site Property Manager at the 22 Slate Apartments, overseeing day-to-day operations and creating a thriving community. This role also manages an additional complex on Madison's east side.

With nearly 40 years of experience, we operate over 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, offering ample growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews, assist in hiring, and coordinate onboarding.
• Motivate and develop your team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Handle resident, prospect, and vendor issues professionally.
• Coordinate property maintenance with onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing activities, including showings, screening, and lease signing.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs, inspections, and turnovers.
• Oversee delinquencies and manage eviction processes as needed.
• Assist in creating and managing the annual budget.

General Requirements:

• Experience in Property Management.
• Knowledge of property management software preferred.
• Compliance with fair housing laws and safety regulations.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication skills.

Schedule: Full-time hours, including weekends as needed.
