$48,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Position Details

• Job Level: 2+ years experience
• Location: Supports three senior communities in Mount Orab, New Richmond, and Williamsburg, Ohio
• Type: Full-time, on-call for emergencies
• Pay Range: $48,000+ annually, based on experience

Role Responsibilities

As a Property Manager (Community Manager), you will oversee daily operations, compliance, resident services, and financial performance, ensuring the community is well-managed and maintained.

• Ownership of property performance including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and reporting
• Proficiency with computers and technology

Requirements

• 2+ years property management experience, Tax Credit experience preferred
