Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Manager for Shadow Hill Apartments & Tall Timber Apartments in Cincinnati. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety and efficiency across properties.

You will implement preventative maintenance programs, coordinate with operations leadership, manage service requests and emergencies, and uphold life-safety and regulatory standards while protecting asset value and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in multifamily or property management.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems
• EPA Universal Certification required, CPO preferred, OSHA 10 preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential units, common areas and building systems.
• Ensure timely response to service requests, unit turns, inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation and close-out of service requests and inspections.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage vendor work, inventory, and adherence to budget policies.
• Communicate with property management, regional leadership, and residents on maintenance issues.
