Job summary

AION Management LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Manager for Shadow Hill Apartments & Townhomes and Tall Timber Apartments to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems, drive preventative maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor coordination, and a focus on resident satisfaction, cost control, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance or facilities, preferably in multifamily or property management.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential units, common areas, and building systems.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance (PM) programs.
• Ensure compliance with life-safety standards and proper safety device installation.
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians and service staff.
• Coordinate vendor work and manage inventory, budget adherence, and safety compliance.
• Communicate with residents and management to address maintenance issues and improve service.
