Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Multi-Site Service Manager for Meldon Place and Timbercreek in Toledo, OH. You will lead maintenance operations, oversee day-to-day activities, and stay hands-on with technical work across two communities totaling 204 units.

You will coordinate work orders, turns, and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing, and partner with property-management teams. On-call rotation and a schedule from Monday to Friday apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• Strong ability to coordinate unit turns and preventive maintenance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily maintenance across two Toledo communities.
• Work hands-on with the team, providing direction and accountability.
• Coordinate and prioritize work orders, turns, and property needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Manage schedule for unit turns and make-readies to meet standards.
• Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors and ensure safe, on-time completion.
• Conduct routine inspections of vacant units and grounds.
