Job summary

Fairlawn is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager for the Indy Scattered Site to drive day-to-day operations and superior customer service. You will lead on-site teams, ensure processes meet brand standards, and communicate with the corporate office on performance and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience (property management experience preferred).
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to obtain an Illinois Residential Agent License within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site team members.
• Hold team accountable for assigned responsibilities.
• Lead regular meetings to review KPIs and budgets.
• Audit property performance vs. budget and report to corporate.
