Fairlawn is seeking a highly motivated Property Manager for the Maywood at Speedway Apartments in Indianapolis. You will oversee on-site teams, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional resident service while aligning with Fairlawn's values.

Responsibilities include budgeting, renewals, leasing, reporting KPIs, and coordinating maintenance. A strong customer focus, 5+ years of leadership, bilingual English/Spanish and proficiency with AppFolio are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience (property management experience a plus).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, AppFolio, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage on-site team members, holding them accountable for assigned responsibilities.
• Review and audit property performance against budget and report KPIs to ownership.
• Assist in annual operating and capital budgets; monitor spending.
