Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Porter in Phoenix to maintain curb appeal and support property upkeep across sites. Responsibilities include trash removal, unit prep, exterior cleaning, and assisting with emergencies.

You will interact professionally with residents and ensure confidentiality. The role offers a Sunday–Thursday schedule with hourly pay between $19 and $21, plus benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparation of market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and other inclement weather events.
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas as directed.
• Address property maintenance concerns related to weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal; interact with residents professionally.
• Preserve confidentiality of applicants and residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and associated agencies.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Porter Position

• Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market‑ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.
• Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed.
• Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents always.
• Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality.
• Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, other properties and associated agencies.
• Clearly and immediately report any maintenance and/or life safety issues identified while performing regular assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
