Hirebridge is seeking a Porter in Bend, Oregon to maintain grounds, exterior areas, leasing office, and common spaces with a focus on maximizing curb appeal and resident satisfaction. The role involves daily trash removal, unit prep assistance, exterior cleaning, and responding to weather-related maintenance, while upholding confidentiality and a professional appearance.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong English literacy, and a valid driver’s license; prior customer service

Qualifications

• Ability to operate basic office equipment and maintain confidentiality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.
• Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed.
• Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interacting courteously and professionally with current and potential residents at all times.
• Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality.
• Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, other properties and associated agencies.
• Clearly and immediately report any maintenance and/or life safety issues identified while performing regular assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Porter

Salary: $20 to $22 per hour

About the Porter Position

We’re looking for a talented porter who will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas of the assigned property, with maximization of the property’s marketing appeal with the highest level of customer satisfaction in mind.

Education and Experience
