Job summary

Branscome is seeking a Paving Construction Project Manager to lead diverse paving projects from Williamsburg, Hampton, and Virginia Beach offices. The role reports to the Director of Paving Operations and ensures on-time, on-budget completion with strong cost control and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years in construction with supervisory experience, plus highway project experience in the $10–$20M range. OSHA 30 certification and FE/PE are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience with highway projects in the $10M–$20M contract value range.
• Knowledge of safety codes and OHSA regulations; local/state codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of paving projects from start to finish.
• Monitor costs, schedules and subcontractor performance to protect project budgets.
• Maintain project documentation and pay records; prepare updates on construction activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
