Job summary

Branscome is seeking a Paving Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of diverse paving projects across the Hampton Roads area, with work available in Williamsburg, Hampton, and Virginia Beach offices. You will report to the Director of Paving Operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with highway projects from $10M to $20M in contract value.
• Knowledge of safety codes including OSHA and state/local codes.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob software.

Responsibilities

• Meet safety objectives annually per Goal Zero.Develop plans with Superintendent/Project Team to meet goals and schedule.
• Communicate planned means and methods to all parties.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and project progress; ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Maintain project documentation and pay records; update construction activities.
• Inform supervisors/subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Manage punch list and closeout; track rework costs.
• Ensure inspections and testing meet contract and regulatory requirements.
