Responsibilities

• Assist management to ensure paving projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Control and manage project documentation and pay records.
• Assist project superintendent with planning and scheduling activities.
• Prepare updates of construction activities and manpower/equipment analysis.
• Maintain a daily record of significant project facts.
• Communicate with VDOT and contractors.
• Notify management of personnel issues or injuries.
• Attend and document weekly schedule and coordination meetings.
• Report job progress and problems to project manager.
• Perform other assigned duties.
