Job summary

Branscome is seeking a Paving Construction Project Manager to lead a variety of paving projects in the Hampton Roads area from our Williamsburg, Hampton, and Virginia Beach offices. You will manage project scope, costs, and schedule, reporting to the Director of Paving Operations to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction experience, supervision, and familiarity with highway project delivery, safety programs, and cost control.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• FE or PE certification desirable.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of paving projects from start to finish ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Monitor costs, procurement, and project schedules to optimize performance.
• Communicate plans and changes to project teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily records and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure safety and quality per contract documents and regulations.
