Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to ensure daily functions run smoothly, drive product delivery, and manage procurement and inventory controls. You will oversee multiple sites, develop staff, and monitor costs while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of related experience with supervisory duties and a bachelor’s degree preferred. Expect on-site work with some travel and strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful completion of all daily functions and product delivery to customers.
• Procure products for timely delivery and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Control operation costs across Canon USA and related locations.
• Train, direct, and develop direct reports; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Oversee on-site branch operations and support multi-location supervision as needed.
