Our client is looking for an Operations Manager on behalf of a growing multi-site healthcare organization.

This position will lead non-clinical, day-to-day operations across several healthcare locations. The successful candidate will bring structure and consistency to site operations, develop administrative team members, improve processes, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day non-clinical operations across a portfolio of locations, keeping policies, workflows, and standards consistent site to site
• Be the escalation point when site-level Operations Administrators hit something they can't resolve
• Run the healthcare compliance work: HIPAA, risk assessments, audit readiness, documentation
• Manage employee system access across the organization alongside IT, so new hires have what they need on day one and departures get shut off cleanly
• Facilitate cross-department meetings, own the notes, and chase the action items until they're closed
• Track operational metrics across the portfolio and prepare summaries for the executive team
• Support new site openings and expansion projects
• Supervise and coach the Operations Admin Assistants on your team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in healthcare operations or healthcare administration
• Multi-site experience. You've supported more than one location at once rather than running a single practice
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance, including risk assessments and audit prep
• Project management and administrative range: calendaring, scheduling, meeting facilitation, follow-through
• Comfortable in a smaller, hands-on organization where the job description moves
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
