Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage and guide contracted services for multiple sites, typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. You will lead a team to ensure exceptional service across food service, facilities, and related operations, focusing on safety, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and contractual understanding to drive growth and optimize efficiency across client accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Ability to build client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Strong communication with clients, management, and staff.
Experience reading and applying contractual requirements.
Experience in service/contract/hospitality environments.
Proven ability to lead through other managers.
Experience creating and managing a dept budget and financial controls.

Responsibilities

Leads a team delivering operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations.
Manages client and community relationships at the location, continually assessing operations and planning for optimal service and satisfaction.
Builds, develops, and leads a management team capable of carrying out objectives.
Recommends methods, resources and implementation for service improvement and growth.
In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and designs improvements to optimize financial performance.
Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and Aramark standards including safety policies.
Leads with focus on safety, standards and business conduct.
