Job summary

You will lead operations with a focus on growth, cost and productivity, while delivering financial commitments and maintaining safety, quality, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a multi-site industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage accounts and meet client contractual obligations.
• Experience leading diverse teams and communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own operational management and financial performance across multiple sites; drive safety, quality and service excellence.
• Establish strong client rapport and support retention and new business efforts; oversee monthly reviews and QBRs.
• Lead revenue growth, cost control, and productivity improvements; manage P&L and budget.
• Ensure compliance with HS&E standards and client metrics across sites.
• Develop and coach top talent, lead management meetings, and communicate goals clearly.
