Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level education preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Ability to focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and building a strong business.
• Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, senior management, and Aramark staff.
• Comfort reading and implementing contractual requirements.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience creating and managing department budgets and financial controls.
• Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs.
