Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Focus on client services, entrepreneurship and building a strong business.
• Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Comfortable reading and implementing contractual requirements.
• Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability leading through other managers.
• Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis.
• Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on execution.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location and develops plans to drive satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team and staff to achieve objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contracts.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and designs improvements for financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
• Maintains Aramark's standards and safety policies at all times.
