Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience related to customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple locations or priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational coverage at bike valet, TIC, & events.
• Manage student employee schedules and oversee their work.
• Assist with data entry and management of reports.
