Job summary

University of New Mexico Gallup Campus is seeking two Student Support Staff to provide administrative and office support for the Student Resource Center. Duties include greeting visitors, answering phones, handling clerical tasks, managing inventory, assisting with events, and supporting students with diverse needs.

Under supervision, you will help with exams, notes, accessibility services, and connecting students to campus resources.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one direct support to students under supervision.
• Respond to diverse student needs with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer SRC phone calls.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Help with events, flyers, and campus outreach.
• Schedule and proctor exams in testing rooms.
• Assist with maintaining office inventory and supplies.
