Job summary

Mastronardi Produce in Livonia, MI is seeking an OHS/EHS Supervisor to join our Food Safety team. The role provides managerial support to ensure compliant environmental, health, and safety programs across the US and Canada.

You will lead audits, develop plans, train staff, and track KPIs, while ensuring regulatory conformance and continuous improvement in safety culture within multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (occupational safety, environmental science, or engineering or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of environmental, health & safety experience in a multi-facility environment.
• Experience with OSHA/OSHA regulations and ISO management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate across levels and locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and counsel location leaders to execute OHS/EHS accountability and foster a zero incident culture.
• Develop and integrate OHS/EHS processes and procedures aligned with company initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations across sites.
• Track OHS/EHS obligations and maintain documentation for regulators and internal audits.
• Lead safety training, education programs, and maintain training records.
• Lead internal and external OHS/EHS audits and regulatory interactions across facilities.
