Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in food manufacturing or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience leading multiple sites preferred; familiarity with wastewater and ammonia refrigeration helpful.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regs.
• Collaborate with Quality/Food Safety to align EHS with HACCP and audit readiness.
• Oversee environmental compliance, wastewater, air emissions, and waste handling.
• Drive safety management systems and continuous improvement; engage production floor.
