Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HSE/EHS leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating across multiple facilities.
• Proven track record in implementing safety programs and culture.
• Hands-on audits, investigations, trainings, and program development.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements; knowledge of Canadian and Mexican regs preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to communicate safety data.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs across North American facilities.
• Standardize safety practices and processes across locations.
• Partner with plant leaders, HR, and operations on safety culture.
• Conduct site audits, investigations, training, risk assessments, and reviews.
• Develop and mentor a team of HSE specialists.
• Collaborate with global HSE teams to align with company standards.
• Support OSHA compliance across the organization.
• Travel up to 25-30% between facilities.
