Job summary

Mastronardi Produce USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities of the specified production line in a refrigerated facility in Livonia, MI.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure orders are completed on time while adhering to health, safety and quality standards. The role requires at least three years in production, strong English communication, and the ability to work a 5pm–5am shift with Sunday–Tuesday plus alternating Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in a production environment, preferably in produce industry.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain compliance with FDA, USDA, MIOSHA, OSHA guidelines.
• Proficient in English; strong communication to managers, employees and external contacts.
• Proven professionalism, integrity and adaptability; comfortable with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities within the production area, including employee training and coaching.
• Ensure specifications are met and provide analysis to improve efficiencies.
• Monitor daily order requirements to meet Ready Time within specs.
• Enforce proper packing procedures to meet product specs and costs.
• Maintain health and food safety policies and ensure lines are fully staffed.
• Provide training on customer specs, packing processes, and safety policies.
• Collaborate with agency on-site personnel to follow Mastronardi policies.
