Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks a Mobile Building Engineer II to provide comprehensive maintenance and operational services across multiple properties, focusing on troubleshooting and efficient building operations.

You will manage HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and coordinate contractor activities to ensure safety and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Valid state driver's license required; engineering and trade licenses as per local/state requirements.
• CFC Certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems; able to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and work order systems, email, and training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and keep inspection/work order records.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance and coordinate contractor activities across sites.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain safety logs for each building.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies across properties (weather, equipment failures, outages).
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior mobile technicians and assist with training.
