Qualifications

3–5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
Valid U.S. driver's license required; engineering/trade licenses per local requirements.
CFC certification preferred.
Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems; ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties (HVAC, lighting, plumbing).
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; maintain inspection/work-order records.
Perform inspections to ensure compliance and optimal performance; coordinate contractor activities.
Enforce safety standards; maintain safety logs for each building.
Participate in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies across properties.
