Qualifications

• 3–5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Valid state driver’s license required; engineering/trade licenses as per local/state/national requirements.
• CFC certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems; ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and laptop/phone applications for work order systems, email, and training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across properties; maintain records of inspections and work orders for each site.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance and optimal performance; coordinate contractor activities across sites and report issues.
• Enforce safety standards; maintain safety logs for each building under management.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies across properties.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior mobile technicians; assist with training initiatives to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with property managers and engineers on-site to resolve tenant service requests; work with vendors and contractors to complete repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
