Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Operations and Compliance Manager to act as the lead HR partner across multiple facility locations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role requires hands-on leadership with 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience.

You will standardize processes, oversee payroll and benefits, drive workforce planning, and ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting a high-volume hourly workforce.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience in multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Experience with payroll and benefits oversight.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to build standardized HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and standardize HR practices across sites.
• Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.
• Drive recruitment, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits oversight with vendors.
• Travel between regional sites as needed.
