Job summary

Associa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residential communities across multiple locations in Texas. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and fixture upkeep to ensure safe living environments.

The role requires travel between communities daily and adherence to safety and reporting standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, can lift up to 20 pounds, and holds knowledge of electrical/plumbing codes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and clients.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements for worksites.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and operate ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and fixtures.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, doors, windows, and gutters.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
