Associa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residential communities across multiple locations in Texas. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and fixture upkeep to ensure safe living environments.
The role requires travel between communities daily and adherence to safety and reporting standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, can lift up to 20 pounds, and holds knowledge of electrical/plumbing codes.

Compensation: $19/hr; direct experience highly considered
