Job summary

The Neiders Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 to perform a variety of apartment and property maintenance duties across two nearby communities. You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and timely service requests while supporting curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in apartment maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license to travel between properties. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel between communities with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Provide legendary customer service to residents.
• Perform maintenance and repairs across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Support property upkeep and safety, including on-call rotations.
