Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician in Broomfield, CO. You will maintain two or more properties, ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, responding to resident requests, and supporting property operations. The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, with on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, or appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience highly desired.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and glass replacement.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work order system and complete repairs per standards and codes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repair tasks to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, inspect, punch list, schedule contractors, and perform repairs.
• Maintain amenity areas via cleaning, trash removal, pressure washing, and minor painting.
• Track inventory, manage tools, and notify supervision when reorders are needed.
• Attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.
• Inspect vendor work to ensure quality and scope compliance.
