Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and document chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and take corrective actions.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the property.
• Be on-call for emergencies at the community.
