Fulcrum Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across residential or commercial properties. This position ensures safety, appearance, and functionality meet company standards and plays a key role in resident satisfaction.

You will respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with supervisors. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in general building maintenance or similar role preferred.
• Experience in multi-family or commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders efficiently.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify needed repairs or hazards.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Ensure proper disposal of trash and debris around the property.
• Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and supervisors.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
