Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliable operation of multifamily community facilities. Lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety and related systems while driving cost-effective improvements and team development.

You will manage budgets, scopes, schedules, and vendor bids, oversee on-call maintenance, and uphold high service standards for residents and staff, fostering a safe, well-maintained environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance in multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, technical specifications, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment requirements, and management of subcontractors/vendors.
• Anticipate problems and implement preventative actions to ensure safety and operations.
• Provide leadership and development for the maintenance team in scheduling, duties, and performance.
• Direct and oversee all maintenance work orders and unit turns with a focus on resident service.
• Complete unit inspections and maintain orderly documentation.
