Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of apartment community systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, elevators, and more. You will lead the maintenance team, plan projects, and manage vendors to deliver cost-effective improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in facilities maintenance with multi-trade expertise, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment needs; bid and manage subcontractors and vendors; plan and execute cost-effective projects.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems; ensure safety and operations compliance.
• Lead maintenance team scheduling, duties and performance; develop staff.
