Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Multi- Site Maintenance Supervisor to deliver on commitments to residents and provide superior customer service across communities. The role partners with the Community Manager to oversee staff and vendors, ensuring quality move-in, timely service, curb appeal, and attentive resident care.

The incumbent must be professional, engaging with residents and staff, and ready to lead a team in a compliant, safe maintenance environment while driving Avanath

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• + Resident Relations + Customer Service: Demonstrates customer service skills, handles questions, assigns work orders efficiently.
• + Maintenance Management: Schedules work orders, inspects grounds, manages inventory and preventative maintenance.
• + Adherence to Property Rules: Follows safety policies, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• + Physical Demands: Essential staff, occasional travel to sister communities, and varied site conditions.
