Job summary

Avanath is seeking a Multi‑Site Maintenance Supervisor to ensure superior resident service, oversee maintenance at multiple communities, and coordinate with the Community Manager and vendors. The role emphasizes professionalism and positive engagement with residents and staff.

The candidate will supervise maintenance staff, prioritize safety, and uphold Avanath standards while delivering timely, quality service and strong curb appeal across properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of assigned sites and second to Community Manager; manage staff and vendors.
• Deliver quality move-in, timely service, and strong curb appeal for residents.
• Maintain safety standards, keep records, and manage on-call emergencies.
