Spectrum Gutter Systems is seeking an experienced Corporate Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategy, reliability programs, and preventive maintenance across the organization. The role will provide corporate oversight for maintenance activities supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance strategy across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Proven ability to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized maintenance programs across Spectra locations.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, inspection standards, documentation, and procedures.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, asset life, and maintenance performance.
• Lead root cause analyses for significant equipment issues.
• Support CMMS implementation and ongoing use.
• Provide technical leadership for production machinery and facility systems.
• Partner with operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop sustainable solutions.
• Establish escalation processes for critical maintenance concerns.
